The Wisconsin Self-Storage Association offers its members a wealth of resources designed to help self storage operators run the best, most profitable business possible. We offer the following services:
| 1. WSSA presents a spirited, united voice on legislative issues impacting Wisconsin's self-storage industry. As an association, we're on the look out for legal issues and trends that impact our operations. We successfully paved the way for a state-wide late fee law, and will work vigilantly against any possible sales tax legislation. |
| 2. WSSA provides information on association activities, industry trends, legal, management and operational issues through our quarterly newsletter and website. |
| 3. We provide legal advice and interpretation through our educational conferences, newsletters, guidance documents, and wealth of experience of our membership. |
| 4. Our web site provides free advertising to our self storage members by offering consumers a list of facilities arranged by city, and links to members' web sites. |
| 5. Roundtable discussions and our website listserve provide opportunity for members to easily network with other in the industry sharing common problems and finding successful remedies. |
